This course will allow family practitioners, physicians, healthcare providers,
nurse practitioners, ER personnel, and hospital administrators
and medical assistants to make themselves understood in simple
situations with Spanish speaking patients.
With more than 32 million Hispanics
in the United States, half of whom speak only Spanish, it is becoming imperative
that healthcare professionals learn Spanish to help meet the health care
need of these patients. One of every eight American is of Hispanic descent
and the number is projected to steadily increase to 98 million.

Beginners-I - Greeting patients, Parts of the body, Medical instruments, Doctor's Appointment, Patient history & background, Taking a stretcher, etc.

Beginners-II - Eye and Ear ache, Questions after an accident, Medicine, Vitamins, Suffering from migraines, etc.

Intermediate-I - Illnesses, Symptoms, Describing Pain, Internal Organs, Visiting the Dentist, etc.

Intermediate-II - Illnesses, Patient Histories, Internal Organs & Anatomic terms, Poisoning cases, Intoxication Symptoms, Surgery Instruments, etc.

Advanced-I - Burn cases, Medication, Prescribing medicine, Instructions when to use medicine, Evaluating Gastro-Intestinal Problems, Back Pain, Pain of an Extremity, etc.

Advanced-II - Examination of Physical Muscular System, Urinary Tract Problems, Medication Side Effects, Neck Pain, Headaches, Stomach Pain, etc.
